Executive Team
Ydalia Lopez and Belymar Mendez Lopez are the founding partners of the company, a mother and daughter duo who overcame the challenges to establish themselves professionally in a new country. Together, they created a company that has earned recognition from their professional peers and contracting firms in the region, steadily increasing their satisfied clientele since its establishment in 2015. In 2022, Ydalia's brother, Freddy Guevara Romero, joined the organization as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), bringing his expertise in strategic planning and new business development to support the company's growth.

Is an Architect, graduated from the “Universidad Central de Venezuela” (UCV), with an MBA from Florida Metropolitan University. With over 40 years of experience, she specializes in designing and constructing solutions for the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Is an Interior Designer, graduated from the American Intercontinental University in Florida, USA. With over 17 years of experience in project design and management, she is a specialist in interior design and project administration.

Is a Chemical Engineer with an MSc in Managerial Informatics. With 40 years of experience in marketing and sales, he serves as the CEO of the International Sales Association. As an international consultant and speaker, he specializes in new business development and entrepreneurship.

Evelyn Tovar, an architect, and Roger Gomez from NCG Enterprises are the strategic partners of MYB Enterprises. Together with Fernando Marquez from 904 Engineering, they have been working alongside Ydalia and Belymar in recent years. Later on, Jorge Luis Ruiz from Best Capital Containers and Angel Mendez from Bravo Mortgage join the team, complementing the skills and expertise of the founding partners and strengthening the activities related to container home design, construction, and assembly.
